Can we visit as a group?

Yes, we accept groups.

I would like to bring my children, but they're very young. Is this okay?

It’s OK. But, the walls of some guest rooms are made from paper, and they are thin. Please inquire in advance about which room would be suitable.

Are parents able to share a bed with their children?

You can share a futon with your young children (at no charge). We can offer a futon for 3,000 yen.

Regarding services

Can I leave my luggage with you before check-in and after checkout?

Yes, we are happy to hold luggage in both cases.

Are you able to pick up guests upon arrival, and escort them upon departure?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service.

Are there parking spaces available? Where should I leave my car?

Parking is available in front of the gate.

Are there stalls or vending machines in the temple?

There are no stalls, but there are vending machines.

Can I use a wheelchair inside the temple?

This is generally not allowed, but depending on individual circumstances and in situations where guests are only using the first floor, we may be able to consider putting down rugs and taking other steps to support wheelchairs. Please inquire about this directly.

Do you have a gluten-free menu?

Sorry. Shojin ryori is difficult to be gluten-free. If you want gluten-free food, we recommend you book without our catered meals.

Are the meals for children are also vegetable only?

Yes, we prepare Shojin ryori dishes for children. They are all vegetables.

Can I pay by credit card?

We accept VISA and Mastercard.

Regarding cancellations

Cancellation fees are as below.
Before 10-9 days: 10%
Before 8-6 days: 20%
Before 5-2 days: 30%
Before 1 day: 50%
On the day: 100%

In the case that public transportation services are suspended due to bad weather or similar unforeseen circumstances, cancellation fees will not be collected.
